By accessing the Arivan private preview, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Arivan provides a private interface to chat with your documents, manage your schedule, and track your net worth. The service is provided during preview on an as-is basis while we refine the product.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials private. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to disrupt the platform, no scraping of other users' data, and no resale of the service without written permission.

Limitations

To the extent permitted by law, Arivan is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email.
